About the Role: At Acqua Bistecca, the Bartender is more than a drink maker—they are a storyteller, a host, and a craftsperson. Responsible for delivering impeccable cocktails, warm hospitality, and an engaging guest experience, the Bartender embodies our standards of excellence while fostering connection at the bar. You will be an integral part of our beverage team with a passion for educating and enthralling our guests. You have amazing attention to detail, and expansive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. You work well as part of a team, work well under pressure, and have a strong desire to learn and be a leader among your peers. Seeking to fill Lunch/Brunch shifts. Must be available at least 3 days/Shifts a week. What you bring to the table: 2-4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining high volume bar or restaurant Exceptional communication skills Expansive food and beverage knowledge Experience in beverage recipe development and staff education Intellectual curiosity Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time At least 21 years of age Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time Pay rate: 11.98/hr. + Tips Acqua Bistecca and Mina group are equal opportunity employers committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
