Job Description At Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort, we believe every great holiday is made even better with exceptional food, drinks, and service. Our vibrant bar is the heart of the resort, where guests come together to relax, celebrate, and enjoy a true Sunshine Coast experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team on a casual basis. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine Deliver professional, friendly service while engaging with guests Recommend drink pairings and upsell to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean, stocked, and organised bar area Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service Shift details Shifts available across lunch and dinner Rotating roster Monday to Sunday Additional shifts available in the restaurant (subject to change) RSA (responsible service alcohol) required Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment Strong product knowledge and confidence in mixing classic cocktails Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable personality Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings Current RSA certificate essential Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
