Job Description To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards. To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes. To provide high personalized standard of quality and efficient / friendly service. To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage. Follows all steps of service. Ensures all stock is up to par levels. Provides prompt, accurate report of all income received during shift. Sells beverages responsibly with the customer's best interest in mind. Maintains smooth flow of service between bar and server requests. Completes all side work as outlined in the manual. Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shifts. Maintains a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers and guests. Maintains a clean, orderly appearance in the restaurant service area. Assists with/executes any tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Follows all proper sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, 1-2 years experience in hospitality. Full compliance with HACCP standards and certification Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends). Responsible, dependable, punctual. Strong communication skills; must be able to speak, read, and understand English. Exhibits strong beverage knowledge. Work experience in the GCC region is an advantage.
