We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist to join our team!

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer experiences are great and service is smooth in one of the newest dining experiences in FNQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of unique Cocktail list and develop weekly Cocktail Specials
• Ensure efficient and timely food and beverage service
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Assist with staff training and development
• Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant policies

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive Cocktail making experience in a fast paced setting
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• The ability to work in a small team and assist others where needed
