Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $19.89. What you will be doing: Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining bar area, walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD) Maintaining and developing an extensive product knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings and outlet operations.
