We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic bar staff to join our growing team. As we get busier, we’re excited to offer more hours and opportunities!
We proudly distill and produce our own gin, which means we’re involved in a wide range of exciting events—from sponsoring movie premieres to participating in festivals and farmers markets, where we showcase our unique spirits. You’ll have the chance to be part of these events and represent our brand beyond the bar.
In-house, we host everything from private parties to public events, including DJ nights and movie screenings. Plus, we’re just a 3-minute walk from the new Bramley-Moore Everton Stadium—so even more hours will be available during match days and special events.
We’re looking for team players who are passionate about hospitality. You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality drinks with prompt, friendly service and help us maintain the vibrant atmosphere our guests love.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· work on the bar serving and making drinks
· Anticipate guest needs and respond accordingly.
· Perform all opening, running and closing procedures as directed by the manual and the Manager, Shift Leader
· Understand and implement our company ethos.
· Use correct pouring methods and recipes when making drinks.
· Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the bar and the unit as a whole.

Experience:

• cocktail: 1 year (preferred

• knowing alcohol pairing and tastes
• knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks

  Pay: From £12.40 per hour
  Expected hours: 16 per week
