SKILLS

  • Proficient in basic maths for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
  • Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices relevant to bar operations.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
    Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting for all sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to.
