  • Strong knowledge of the food industry, including banquet service and catering operations.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
  • Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for brewing and crafting unique beverages that delight guests is a plus.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
