• Proven experience as a bartender or barback (training can be provided for junior roles).
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Create signature cocktails and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experience.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately when required.
