What you’ll be doing As a Bartender at The Broadcaster, you’ll: Craft and serve a wide range of drinks, from pints and cocktails to wines, spirits, and hot drinks. Welcome and engage with guests at the bar, making recommendations and creating a positive atmosphere. Adapt to the day’s needs whether that’s supporting service in our dining room, keeping the rooftop buzzing, or helping deliver one of our many events. Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately. Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked, following opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities
