Designed for both dinner and drinks, with a tucked-away private karaoke room for after-hours moments.    ROLE SUMMARY: The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.     RESPONSIBILITIES: * Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner * Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. * Mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes. * Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies. * Maintain a clean and sanitary workplace. * Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations * Process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards. * Perform all opening and closing duties as assigned. * Other tasks as assigned by manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation. * Must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques. * Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Card and current Beverage Service certification. * Must be 21 years of age or older. * Must be authorized to work I the United States. * Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. * Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. * Must have attention to detail.
