ABOUT THE ROLE:

Create memorable moments and amazing experiences for our guests as a Bartender! You will bring with you a good understanding of beverages across the board, the confidence to make suggestions and upsell to guests and a passion for amplifying the guest’s experience. Seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and vibrant environment, and who thrive in a fast-paced setting where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. 1 year prior experience required for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including cocktails
• Work with a large range of local and imported wines, spirts and craft beers
• Upsell and Suggestive sell
• Restock and replenish bar inventory supplies
• Provide a personalised, exceptional standard of service
• Ensure safe and responsible service of alcohol
• Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
