We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with knowledge of food service operations. Must have Smart Serve Certificate.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Operate the Micros POS system for order entry, cash handling, and payment processing.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and policies within the food service industry.
