Description Pacific Catch, Inc. is seeking experienced Bartenders for our newest location, opening this spring in Brea! Pacific Catch, Inc. is a West Coast Fish House dedicated to delivering high quality sustainable seafood with a unique perspective. From the day we opened, we've been mindful about where our ingredients come from and how to bring to life the vibrant flavors and feeling of the Pacific. We currently have 12 locations around the San Francisco Bay Area and 3 locations in Southern California! Our newest location is opening this spring at the Brea Mall!! This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a successful concept with enormous growth potential! Interviews start March 16th! BARTENDER We are looking for Bartenders that believe in treating our Guests with first-class service and incredible hospitality! REPORTS TO General Manager SCHEDULE This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must. Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 21 years of age Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, including recipes, history, base ingredients, and jiggers Ensure a good Guest experience--present drink menu, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages; take orders; promptly serve food and drink, and check in with Guests regarding their experience; up-sell whenever possible Record drink or food orders accurately and immediately after receipt into POS; Accept and process Guest payment and make the correct change as applicable. Fill in as a server as directed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant Maintain inventory and bar supplies; assist in restocking and replenishing Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area (counters, tables, equipment, floors, etc.) always Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages. Wash and sterilize glassware as needed EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred PHYSICAL Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Bartenders are responsible for providing first-class service to guests, including presenting drink menus, taking orders, and ensuring a positive guest experience. They also maintain the cleanliness of the bar area and assist in inventory management.
