At Holiday Inn, we’re searching for a Bartender with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable. As the friendly face of our hotel bar, you'll prepare drinks and serve delicious food to create those memorable experiences. A little taste of your day-to-day: ● Create a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us ● Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including wine, cocktails, craft beers and spirits to a high standard ● Create cocktail menus and beverage specials, and highlighting food and drink promotions for our guests ● Own your bar and your space – managing stock, inventory and equipment as well as keeping the space cleaner than clean ● Work with the Food and Beverage team to provide training such as wine knowledge and cocktail skills ● Work closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service What we need from you: ● Experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant/bar environment with broad knowledge across wines, spirits, cocktails and non alcoholic options ● Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to ● Current Victorian RSA certificate required ● Wset level 2 certification highly desired ● The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling ● Availability to work shifts with a 5pm start during the week, weekends and public holidays ● Australian working rights What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed. Responsibilities

The bartender will be the friendly face of the hotel bar, responsible for creating a warm welcome, preparing and serving a variety of high-standard beverages, and highlighting food and drink promotions. This role also involves managing bar stock, inventory, equipment, and collaborating with the Food and Beverage team for training and seamless food service delivery.
