Description Come join our team at Left Hand Brewery as one of our 2026 knowledgeable Beertender! We are just about to start racking unto our busy season in our Beer Garden and we need a great energetic person to join our already fantastic crew in pouring Colorado's preferred craft beer. This is an at-will part time position. What we are looking for in our part time beertender is that they are able to create a engaging, safe, and relaxing atmosphere and can serve our world-class beer for our customers. It is required to complete a certification plan in order to maintain this role. POSITION SPECIFIC TASKS Tasting Room · Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers every day. · Checks customer IDs of everyone 50 years old and younger and serves 1 pint per customer 100% of the time. · Explains the brewery’s history, current community involvement, beer portfolio, FVX beverage portfolio, and short- and long-term vision. · As directed by the Longmont TR Lead Beertenders (TRLBs) or the Longmont TR General Manager (TRGM), works anywhere that is needed in our Beer Garden and Tasting Room including, but not limited to: behind the bar, floater, runner, busser, table service, merchandise areas, and curbside/delivery (if required). · Maintains accurate beer menus for customers. Beer Garden Will rotate between working Tasting Room and Beer Garden ONE TEAM Core Values. Responsibilities

The Beertender is responsible for developing satisfied customers by checking IDs, serving beer, and enthusiastically explaining the brewery's history, portfolio, and vision. They must also be flexible to work in various roles within the Tasting Room and Beer Garden as directed by management.
