We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?

Bar experience is preferred, particularly in a busy, pressurised environment and a knowledge of cocktails would be a bonus. Experience is not essential though as our offer is very simple; the main things we look for are a positive personality, a passion for hospitality and the desire to develop within a like-minded business.

• Complete full staff induction
• Learn all drink and cocktail specs
• Ensure Middletons brand standards and policies are adhered to
• Serve guests with enthusiasm and passion
• Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed
