About the Position We are seeking Part-Time Seasonal Bartenders to be part of the Food & Beverage department, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and delivers a high level of member service while maintaining the highest integrity. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable. You’ll have a chance to work with a passionate year-round Food & Beverage team of managers, supervisors, front and back of the house individuals, along with an exceptional group of seasonal people from around the world. What You’ll Do Great members and guests warmly as they approach the bar. Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following standard recipes. Ensure consistent beverage quality by adhering to recipes and representation guidelines. Monitor member satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar equipment. Keep the bar area well stocked and always organized. Perform regular inventory checks and restock supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements. Requirements Skills & Experience Minimum of at least (3) months of bartending experience in the hospitality industry. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation. Ability to use POS technology effectively. Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, and carrying up to 50 pounds. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
