Individual Restaurants has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and well-presented Bartender to join our team based in Virginia Water. You will be working on a part time or full time, permanent basis, and in return receive a competitive salary.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Bartender your role will be to produce and deliver drinks that meet with the company standards and ensure that the service you provide meets with service standards expected. You will need to have a welcoming and professional approach at the bar have good attention to detail to produce drinks to the set specifications.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS OUR BARTENDER?

  • Ensuring that a friendly, efficient, courteous and consistent service is provided at all times.
  • Keeping the bar area and storage area’s clean and to the standards expected by the company.
  • Having a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect are achieved at all times.
  • Being fully knowledgeable of the all food and beverage menus. To be able to prepare, present and sell all the beverage items, hot and cold and have full knowledge of what all the drinks consist of and be able to explain them and up-sell them to a guest.
  • Having a good understanding of licensing laws and trading standards regulations.
  • Understanding your responsibility in relation to Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety (both statutory and Company).
  • Carrying out jobs as dictated by the management team.
