Job Summary Bartenders are responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our customers during their dining experience with us by serving all customers at the bar, creating drinks for the service well, taking to-go orders, and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages Produce the needed beverages for the service well Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner Any other relevant task assigned by management Qualifications Be 21 years of age Have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes Able to adhere to specified pour amounts for all alcoholic beverages Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash drawer Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
