EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their needs are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
• Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
