REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a bartending role is preferred.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product usage.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
