Be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes. Able to upsell each time with each customer. Provide a high standard of quality and efficient/friendly service. Prepare mise en place and perform side duties. Collect all general requisitions and food and beverage requisitions. Strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock. Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly Ensure that the bar counter and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times. Qualifications 1-2 years bartending experience, specifically in the Pool bar. Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills
