QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years bartending experience in a busy establishment in Dublin
• Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for mixology and a creative approach to crafting drinks
• Ability to multitask and prioritise customer needs
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age regulations
• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area
• Provide patrons with excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety guidelines
• Handle cash transactions, including accurate and efficient cash handling
• Abide by responsible alcohol service practices.
