EXPERIENCE

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using TOAST POS systems.
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and setting up for new guests.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures.
