• Prepare and Serve drinks to guests
• Handle different payments in an efficient accurate manner
• Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction
• Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout and recorded accordingly
• Bar set up and breakdown
• Prepare equipment for the restaurant before and after service
• Other duties which may be required
