Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take drink orders, and prepare beverages promptly.
• Mix cocktails, pour beer and wine, and prepare specialty drinks in line with company recipes and standards.
• Provide wine service including product knowledge, recommendations, and proper service techniques.
• Ensure assigned bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked with tools and supplies.
• Accurately process transactions for cash and credit card payments.
• Check guest identification to verify legal age for alcohol service.
• Maintain attractive displays of bottles and glassware to promote beverage sales.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with servers, runners, and other service departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete opening, closing, stocking, and side duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions.
• Follow all Legends and stadium rules regarding responsible alcohol service.
• Uphold company safety, sanitation, and grooming standards at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Smart Serve certification (or ability to obtain).
• At least two years of experience as a high-volume bartender.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, cocktails, and wines.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must maintain professional hygiene and grooming standards.
• Ability to lift and carry 10–30 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and at least 80% of stadium events.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Willingness to exceed guest expectations and uphold Legends’ service culture
