What We Look For... We are seeking a rockstar Bartender who can professionally handcraft cocktails, maintain a clean, organized bar while serving customers, and servers in a professional, positive and energetic manner. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. The Key Responsibilities: Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar. Mixes ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Complete drink orders using proper levels of alcohol, always using pre-measured shot glass. Assist with beverage recipes, creating signature items for the bar and lounge. Assist with bar inventory.
