WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You know how to run a bar and keep the energy high. You’re confident under pressure, can hold your own during a busy dinner or drinks rush, and work just as well with the floor team as you do behind the bar. We’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and genuinely into creating a great guest experience.

• Making and serving drinks quickly and consistently
• Keeping the bar organised, clean and well-stocked
• Chatting with guests and recommending drinks
• Helping the team on the floor during service when needed
• Working together to create smooth, enjoyable shifts for both staff and guests
