We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team at Rimrock Café. If you love crafting cocktails, connecting with guests, and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is your chance to shine in one of Whistler’s most iconic dining destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wine, and spirits with precision and flair
• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and in the dining room
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking and setup
• Assist in creating and suggesting seasonal cocktails and drink specials
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Help with inventory counts and supply orders as needed
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support fellow staff during busy shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Serving It Right certification (required)
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
