Job Description
Join our vibrant team as a Bartender in the beautiful city of Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional beverage service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Greet patrons warmly and take drink orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service
- Craft a wide variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill food orders and maintain seamless service
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock counts
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for guests, fostering a memorable dining experience
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adapt to changing customer needs and preferences, suggesting drink options and upselling when appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and current beverage trends
- Strong understanding of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food and beverage certifications are advantageous
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite
- Understanding of local customs and etiquette in Ras Al-Khaimah is beneficial
- Vibrant personality with high energy and enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences
