Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling standards at all times
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple customers promptly without sacrificing quality
• Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bartending duties
