EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices is essential.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible serving practices are upheld.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high service standards.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
