OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting bespoke cocktails, providing exceptional customer interaction via table service, and ensuring an overall welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall dining experience as we aim for AA rosettes in the near future, our drinks delivery, in particular our wine service/knowledge and cocktail creation need to be exceptional.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in bartending or within the hospitality industry is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate a creativity and passion for creating amazing drinks.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• A solid understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help create an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers in a timely manner, including the use of a push-button fresh milk coffee machine.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with patrons, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Be apart of the front of house team as a collective, helping floor staff where appropriate, allowing for an amazing experience with staff efficiency.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and adherence to licensing laws.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Uphold food safety standards by maintaining hygiene practices during drink preparation and service.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as necessary.
