POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, strong knowledge of beverages (including cocktails, coffee, and specialty drinks), and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and mixology basics
• Smart Serve certification (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Professional, reliable, and a strong team player

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks
• Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and Smart Serve regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Process cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
• Support the front-of-house team as needed
