We are looking for bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Additional Pay Type: Tips
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making recipes accurately
- Familiarity with distillering techniques and different types of alcohol
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $8.00 per hour (Most of our bartenders make $25-$35 per hour including tips)
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
