We are looking for new talents for Winter 2025-2026 from Finland and around the world
Are you our new Bartender? (Main season 10/2025-4/2026)
Situated in the heart of the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, Rakas Restaurant & Bar charms with its unique ambience and menu of meals made from fresh local ingredients prepared with a modern twist. We offer our guests a unique dining experience and are passionate about ensuring quality dining under the warm glow of pine cone lamps and stylish interior design. The name of our restaurant is Rakas, which is Finnish for “beloved”, and perfectly describes our understanding of what great food should be - local food with love.
Rakas Restaurant & Bar is part of SantaPark Arctic World, a family-owned company with a big heart and passion for excellence. We excel in creating extraordinary experiences for our guests with our unique locations: SantaPark - Christmas Theme Park, exclusive Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka, Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas, Aino Private Island, Lapland Luxury DMC and award-winning Arctic TreeHouse Hotel.

We are looking for creative and skilled bartenders who can mix classic cocktails and craft memorable mocktails.

Duties include:

  • Preparing and serving drinks
  • Developing the drink list in cooperation with the restaurant manager
  • Assisting with general restaurant tasks

General requirements:

  • Alcohol pass
  • Previous experience in bartending
  • Team spirit and social skills
  • Ability to read different situations and adapt to them
  • Ability to creatively utilize local ingredients
  • Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team
  • Ability to take responsibility and maintain the highest level of standards
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude & motivation to learn
  • Fluent English language
  • Ability to legally work in Finland
