We are a vibrant, dynamic establishment with a passion for great food, drinks, and hospitality. We are currently looking for an energetic and skilled bartender to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences to our customers. Job Summary: As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring high standards of service. You will work closely with other bar staff and kitchen personnel to provide efficient and friendly service to our guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks. Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service. Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage inventory and notify management of supply needs. Ensure that all bar-related equipment is in good working condition. Follow all safety and hygiene procedures, including food safety regulations. Engage with guests to create a positive, memorable experience. Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations. Assist in maintaining bar cleanliness, including washing glasses, cleaning counters, and disposing of waste. Stay up to date with industry trends and new drink recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Qualifications Requirements: Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar equipment. Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor under pressure. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus. Knowledge of wine and beer pairing. Experience with POS systems and cash handling. Additional Information Why Join Us?
