Requirements MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS (Wednesday through Sunday is required!) At least 3+ years as Server, Bartender, Captain, or sommelier preferred Knowledge of Classic and Craft Cocktails Strong Food, Wine, and Spirits knowledge WSET 1 in Spirits or greater a plus Open availability preferred! Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable A willingness to learn and grow Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner. A valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit) Must have reliable transportation to work. Position Summary: The ideal Bartender candidate will have excellent social skills, be highly motivated, and feel comfortable working in a demanding position that requires multitasking while making cocktails, taking orders, delivering food, cleaning, POS, receiving, and stocking product. Candidates & Team Members should have food/wine/liquor knowledge and should be able to pass assessments regarding the knowledge base.
