We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of food safety and service will be key to your success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic (to be introduced in next few months) and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing transactions and managing tabs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
• Uphold hospitality standards by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all patrons.
