JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation and service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a bartending or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer engagement.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus but not required.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions about drink selections, and offering recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar operations and customer service best practices.
