Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Check identification to verify customers’ age and prevent underage drinking
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene if necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service to customers
