QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in bartending/serving or food service within a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality.
  • Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets, catering events, or special functions.
  • Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.
