We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both dining and golf course settings.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices within the food industry.
• Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food pairings and beverage options.
• Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service during banquets or catering events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while following cash handling procedures.
