Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in managing inventory levels for beverages and supplies to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant service, bartending, or food industry roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Previous experience with food service or hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
