ABOUT US

Cask Whisky Vault is an upscale whisky lounge and cocktail bar inside the award-winning Versante Hotel. Known for our curated global whisky collection, bespoke cocktails, and refined Japanese-inspired small plates, we provide an intimate, luxury experience to every guest. Our team is small, passionate, and dedicated to service excellence.
We are seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Bartender who thrives in a high-end environment, understands whisky culture, and can create memorable guest experiences through both craft and conversation.

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Greet and engage guests warmly, whether at the bar or during tableside presentations.
  • Deliver a signature whisky service — from neat pours with tasting notes to curated flights.
  • Provide expert recommendations, balancing guest preferences with upselling of premium spirits.
  • Craft cocktails to the highest standard, consistently following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Share product stories and whisky knowledge to enhance the guest experience without being intrusive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in an upscale, craft cocktail, or fine dining setting.
