JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a bartender you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create an enjoyable environment for guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
