SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team at Dooly’s. Located in the heart of the community, this role is vital in ensuring our guests enjoy their experience while maintaining our high standards of service and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros)
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of sales
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
