The Company operates nearly 90 locations throughout the U.S Key Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly Verify guest identification to ensure legal and responsible alcohol service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions when appropriate Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, addressing concerns professionally Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking and inventory Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members Requirements Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred Alcohol service certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or state-required equivalent) Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and basic food service Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Must be at least the legal age to serve alcohol (per state law) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
