Job Title: Server / Bartender / Bussing / Set-Up & Tear-Down
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $22.90
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and versatile Hospitality Team Member who can seamlessly take on multiple roles including serving, bartending, bussing, and supporting event set-up and tear-down. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in dining and bar areas.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Clear tables, reset seating areas, and ensure cleanliness in service areas.
  • Assist with event set-up and tear-down, including moving furniture, arranging equipment, and organizing supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in bar, dining, and event spaces.
  • Follow all food safety, liquor service, and workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check) completed. (Add if required)
  • Previous experience in serving, bartending, or events preferred.
  • Smart Serve (or provincial equivalent) certification required for bartending duties.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
